PLACING ORDERS

 

 

 

In order to place an order, you will need to email me the following information:

  • Deadline for completed products (minimum deadline must be a month from order date.  See note below for Christmas orders)

  • Style of product you would like (pattern number or apron style name)

  • Required size

    • Most Adult Aprons: Small (8-10), Medium (12-14), Large (16-18)

      • ​Some adult aprons are available in Extra Large (20-22) - contact LJ for available patterns.

    • Bloomers: Small (4-6), Medium (8-10), Large (12-14) and Extra Large (16-18). Please provide your waist, hip and top of thigh measurement.

    • Children's Aprons: Small (3-4), Medium (5-6), Large (7-8) and Bib (for baby)

  • Colour/pattern preferences

 

I will send a reply email with confirmation of price and expected delivery date.  This email will serve as confirmation of your order, as I take payment at time of delivery (rather than at time of order).

PRICING
  • Prices are listed on the website.  Prices are based primarily on the amount of fabric required.  Most aprons require at least two meters of fabric - aprons with layers or pleated ruffles may require more.  

  • If the customer is very specific about a pattern or colour scheme (particularly in the case of children's or licensed fabrics), I may have to pay more per meter to meet accommodate their request.  Any variation from the listed price will be confirmed with the customer before the fabric is purchased.

  • If the customer is ordering multiple aprons for children, I may be able to reduce the price.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

At the moment, I do not provide shipping services (with some exceptions - contact LJ directly to find out).  When the products are ready, I notify the customer by email and we establish a mutually convenient location for pick-up.

 

PAYMENT

When your order is ready, I will notify you by email.  Payment is due at the time of product delivery.  In the case of products that are being shipped (see above - exceptional circumstances only), payment is due when you are notified that your order is ready.  I will include shipping charges in the final price. 

 

HST

At the moment, HinnyPinny is small enough that I don't have to charge HST.

 

CHRISTMAS TIMELINES

For any crafter, Christmas is the busiest time of year.  If you want HinnyPinny products completed for in time for Christmas, orders must be placed by October 1st.  Who doesn't love having their Christmas shopping done early!

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

CREDIT CARDS

I accept all major credit cards.  If you would like to pay for your order in person when you pick up your order, I have a Square credit card reader.  Otherwise, I can provide my phone number in the confirmation email and I can take the credit card information over the phone, as my website is not currently designed for online shopping.

 

CHEQUES

I do not accept cheques.

 

CASH

I prefer credit cards as a payment method.  However, I will accept cash if the customer prefers this method of payment.
